For the first time under the Kolektor brand

This year, we are proud to welcome Kolektor Conntek Metallwaren (formerly Carl Dillenius) as part of our group, presenting their products and solutions. The company Carl Dillenius Metallwaren GmbH & Co. KG was acquired by Kolektor Conntek GmbH four months after entering insolvency proceedings.

As part of the transfer of operations, a new company, Kolektor Conntek Metallwaren GmbH, was established and will continue its business at the existing location in Pforzheim. According to Nikola Marjanović, Managing Director of Kolektor Conntek, all jobs were retained, and the company continues its operations seamlessly under the new name.
